hi everyone

new member today,quite nervy?[sad i know] do not know how it all works yet so be patient,

got dreambox dm500-c last october all scanned for me but lost sports 1 and 3, 2 weeks ago tried scan and re boot but nothing just error channel not available,got nuetrino 2.0,i am not an expert so could someone help me it may be a simple solution,i am in west midlands,
