DM500 need help programming linux box

hi,new boy here,i have a box exactly the same as the black linux box advertised on this site,but its silver,it worked perfectly fine untill one of my stupid friends messed about with it and sent it back to its factory reset,i retuned in all the channels but im only getting rte1,virgin1,alibi and ewtn all the rest only have a black screen,i've try'd to do a software update on the box but it wont do it,and i asked i guy in the shop and he said it should just plug and play,but thats not true cause i had to tune it in when i got it,but it worked then but i cant get it to work now.can any one help me please??????????

You need to copy key files and rom files to be able to get premium channels.

Download the files from here...

RapidShare: Easy Filehosting

Copy contents of Keys folder to /var/keys
Copy contents of Scce folder to /var/scce
Go to Sky Sports 1
Go to Menu > Shutdown > reboot now

You will need to connect the box to your PC in order to do this.
