Hi Bro, I have a Dreambox DM 500C for Singapore with AutoRoll Key Pre-installed. Last 2 days, I unable to see video of the SH channel, only can see local channel 5, 8 U, okto....
the rest of the SH channel signal is there but no image and the channel info are also there. Anybody can help to rectify the problem? Thanks

for you to edit you need to press YELLOW--->press BLUE MANY TIMEs...

then the prompt for you to key in the new code will appear..

You guy simply do not understand my advice.

So-call autoroll on box from dreaminthebox are so outdated & will not work at present.

Whenever I drop by China to shop for electronic devices, supplier selling dreambox will want to get to meet up with me & the owner of dreaminthebox is one of them.

He wanted me to do a customise image for his use but due to the quality of his box, I'm not going to do one for him until he change a supplier therefore he is still using an outdated autoroll at all are using in 2009.

Wah len eh i bought the null modem cable. But nowadays where got computer with com port one. The dm500c that i bought is from dreaminthebox and now got problem. Was wondering is the autoroll working anot.

Only the recycle HK cable card or so-call the card king is solution to your problem.

You will not be able to write the new key into your 3rd gen aucard even though the card is yet to expire.

I have tested this morning with some card I have on hand due to expire only in may but failed.

i think those who using third gen card r dead.cos i kep enter the code.once i off it.it will all jump back to zero.any bros got any deals for this?wanna get a new set for my kids.headache.thanks guys.

But still only able to see fta channel. Hope someone can help me.
After i key in the key, it shows command ok and nothing happen. i power on and off my device but still can't see.

Should be nothing wrong wiith the code you received but with the box or card. Good luck!

My very first set is also Dragon MK8822 & it last me only 7 months which then I turn to Dreambox which is use from 2009 till now.

i have 2 sets of codes with me but none is for MK8822... help please~~~~~~~~~~

These keys are not longer in use.

The nagra ID also wrong, no longer 0F01.

The first 00: key is correct, you need to change the 01: key.

anyone knows how to resolve "flashing pli jade screen" ?

suddenly when i boot up my dm500, it keeps flashing the green screen and wont go into the menu

Does flashing of the firmware again helps?

From wat you say, I'm certain that your box is not a DM500C. You do not have ethernet port & scart connector on the rear panel if I'm right.

Yours is a DM900C box with a silver plate paste on the front panel to cover up the DM900C-II.

You are not able to flash the image use for DM500C.

Many many thanks to all the bros whom helped me with dm500c (clone) box issue. Any bro need help on entering them pm me.

Managed to enter the commands and TP scanned channels but black screen problem persisted. Believe it's due to the aucard expiry, zzz....

Might anyone know if it's possible to flash it to become those cardless box since it's a clone?

It is not QC failed.

It was b'cos DM500C is selling like hotcake after soooo much discussion here therefore the chinese think of a way to imitate these unsold DM900C as DM500c to sell them to noobie.

my box stated it is DM500C but inside the sytem version shows it is DM900.(QC failed)

cannot find any ways to input the codes as the yellow button only brings up the audio select thing.

who using the same QC-failed box too and found a way to input the code?

Hope you did see clealy the card used on the not affected sets. They should be using a green or white aucard instead of the old yellow & red aucards.

Dm90cii will response to the 01 key input. I tried on 2 sets. However, 2 sets used at jurong east was not affected at this round of key change.
