Guys, I got a slight problem. While watching AXN HD suddenly there's no sound.
I tried a couple of times switching to the channel again but still same.
The other channels are working as proper.

Anyone facing the same problem? /:

You can either reflash the image or ftp the latest bouquet using DBedit. It could be a bug..........

I think for 900C or 500C-II, you got to do rescan for new channels..............
Very limited support you can find on this thread as most of us are using 500c and 800hd..

What's the latest HD Uefa Channel freq?Tried 482 but dun seems to work..can only find SD Uefa Channel via freq 466....

the eurocup channels long ago was up already. do a manual scan on freq 466mhz i think. before june 1st, the channels were already up just that you just able to see a advertisement screen on the channel stating uefa euro 2012 transmission will start on june 1st.

Reboot your box, check all connection especially antenna cables are tightly fitted.

If after you have done the above, still same problem, then get a better quality antenna cable and see if the signal improves.

If after you done both the above and still cannot get good image on your set, then get a signal booster.


There is no good solution for signal problems. You got to trial and error.......

Managed to visit davj*** in SL to get cables and booster. Tried and still the same issue. Some channels are not showing while others are, is this a case of frequencies changed? Since I can see some channels, probably not due to encryption problems, right?

Also tried to upload the latest SG bouquets under the download section, also the same...

My DM500C also the same, but back to normal after I reload
the SG Bouquet.

Firstly, is yours HD box, if not then no HD broadcast received.

Novice and Master, how about make it a mandatory that any Bros seeking help, they must indicate what box they hv??? I see many good helpful post but later found that they are not talking about dM500 or 800. Many asked about HD cant see later they tell you they got a 500. A waste of time and resources. Also info posted are/will be very miss leading and real confusing for newbies.

More confusing are the DM500C, they keep asking then later they tell you DM500CV or CII. I really appreciate many Bros and Masters hv the ultimate tolerance answering newbies asking unrelated questions or wrong model. My salute and sincere thanks.

Managed to see Channel 5 after flashing with another image, but now the remote is not working. Is this due to a lousy flash? I did this using the telnet & ftp method.

have been having alot of issues with the DM500C clone... cannot power up, freezes and image reset etc.

anyone in SG can help to repair?

Thanks for quoting yr model. If you flash FW_BL84b only, yr box will hang. Pls choose any 84b BL image in the download and reflash to yr box, it shud be ok. BL and image must be corresponding. BL82 use BL82 image. BL84b use BL84b image. Sometimes wrong BL, u may get the horror No CA error msg.

REMEMBER to back up yr Keys and SCCE in the USR file.

You need to ask those who hv save the files, sorry I dont hv.

That goes for newbies who wants to do a reflash, remember to backup your keys and roms. This warning has been repeated many times in many post. Do more reading b4 flashing.

There was a 'loop' those who hv the files, may b u read back 400pages, u may find the loop.
