Tri-tuner... but how many firmware u wanna install? How many channel you wanna load. how many cam can you install? You try to figure out this 1st.

Lastly, its illegal to install dish here.

I got a new DM500 box. However, the channels jump all over the place! I tried searching for the threads for this but no luck. Can any kind soul help guide me to the thread or teach me how to solve this problem? Thanks.

Hi, my DM500C having this image quality issue. It's about 3 months old. Some channels are distorted and somes doesn't have the image at all.
I did flashed using null cable twice. I'm using belden cable and plug directly to *hub point. I've all the channels but it really sucks to see the image like that. I don't face any problem with my DM800. Does anyone have this issue and able to correct it? Please share and thank you.

Look like your tuner is faulty.

Will suggest you find another place to test out the box before you return it to your seller to replace the box.

To find someone who can replace a tuner in Sg for DM500 is very rare & will be very expensive. Ever tried it myself using just soldering gun, it took me 30mins to remove & 30mins to solder back. Guess I really need to invest in hot pot but how often I need to use the hot pot make me think twice.

I am having issue with DM800HD after I had copy the latest content from file i had downloaded. It could not load up the channels..

AstroBox, the DM800 files when i tried to open from dreambox edit, it shows error in userbouquet.xxxx.tv file(s) (TV):81. The DM500 file works perfectly.
please advise.

Chn 608 HBO Signature HD and Chn 609 HBO Family HD both commenced. Now left 2 more HD not assigned yet. Pls help keep watch as I m old and slow. Many times I missed the beginning.

May I suggest prepare new bouquet only after 755 and 760 is known.
