commando 6

I have had a Dbox2 for some years now and used many images but without doubt the best Image I have ever used is commando 6 never froze never a bleep
Maybe the commando guys should look at that image again as commando 10 does not work as good for me, maybe other's have had better luck

Have used Commando from the start
And have always found them to be top Notch
Make sure you got Commando 10 c on .......Paul

This is the problem every image dosnt suit every box, and commando 10 is as close to commando 6 in all ways,

minimal deviation from the default cvs, slimed down so only the essentials are in but not overly slimmed to take away features such as streaming,

everything file added has been optimised take take up no more space than is absolutley essential. leaving more space for the image to actually work 1.4 meg of free space.

Commando 10 has even moved back to jffs2 to make it easier to mod

weeks of testing and tweaking have gone into this image first released on 8th Dec, then continued to be developed into 10b then 10c taking onboard the feedback from members,

but Team Commando can still not please everyone and as long as the feedback is constructive its taken on board.


Herbie if you can clarify actually what your issues are , then TC stand a better chance of improving the next release, or can maybe help you get your settings correct

With the commando 10 image I lose the epg but it will come back and when I change to a movie station I sometimes get green lines across the screen, need to change channel again to get rid of them, also it will restart by its self strange
