dbox new card

Hi guys i live in west yorkshire and received a new card from virgin, all my channels except the ones i pay for have gone off, is there anything i can do to get them back on. Dont really no much about dbox can scan thats about it.

options:
watch terrestrial, freeview, free sat tv
pay a sub to vm
pay a sub to sky
pay a sub or a 1 off payment to a c/s server available on cable and sat
