DBOX2 RECORDING TO NETWORK HARD DRIVE

Right i was wondering if anyone has come across this yet i have a dbox2 sagem 1 chip and is linked via enet to a router on the router i have a enet hard disk linked to a pc. now when i record on my dbox it records on my pc but the pc has to be on i was thinking is they a way of recording direct to a network hard disk via the router or straight link to the hard drive my router suports media shering if that is any help lan disk is a netgear sc101 also hav a free com 250g any info is a big help thanc cj

D-box2 networked to my windows 7 : allows me to FTP to the box ive also connected Bouquet wizard and downloaded my services : but after several attempts can not up date the service or the bouquet file ive even tried to chmod 777 or 755 them, edit them i can only read and copy them not update them im almost their .
1. Please help i want to be able to see my box on my windows 7 network its bugging me
2. up date the service or the bouquet file
I have set a folder to share on windows and created a user login for the box ive set the box to mount installed cif ? but nothing happened
Iva also ftp a linux game on there but can’t delete it now and also lemmings is on there but won’t let me remove manually
3. delete old game off
This is a lot to ask but ive setup got it running and tried not to ask but at my wits end anyone please respond with suggestions (how to)
