Does the LCD have just a faint blank back light with no data on it or just loops with Betrasearch as it looks like the front processor is faulty.

hi
yes Lcd screen is black with back light on and no data
it was working fine for about 2 years before i tured it on the other day and just failed to start up
if it has a faulty front processer can they be replaced easily and cheaply or is it time to sell as spaers and repairs
thanks
