got sound but no pictures

last week my little boy got my dbox remote and now as above iv no picture but got the sound my info.... wen i start the sagam dbox x1 the laky pro pops up on my tv , <.as it should> then after about 30 secs it disapers and i can here sound from the channel ,,, as i cant c the picture ,iv no way of gettin the menu up 2 change the dbox i,p address,,so i cant link it up2 my lapy ,, also iv a belkin router ,could i check the web site , would the router have the dbox i,p....
any solution as 2 wat to do please help as my oldest child is going mental at his wee brother thanks

Just reflash it with ifa
And a cross over cable ....................Paul
