Default Help with Bouquets

Hi - I want to do a manual scan on my DBox2 to find the returned channels, can someone please tell me what I need to set the bouquet to so that I do not lose all of the existing ones but get the new channels added?

I have seen leave Current, Overwrite existing, Update Existing etc. What should I use?

leave current then any new channels will be in the others/unsorted bouquet.
