Default Help Reading IFA Issue

Can any of you smarty pants help me with an issue i have.
I have been playng with a Nokia 2x for a while now and cannot get the git going.
I nearly had it on Sunday but when in ftp had a smart idea to delete var folder and use the one from a working box.
Trouble is it would not let me re-enter.
I have tried to ifa new image but getting this error.
If anybody can help it is worth a beer or two as i am like a dog with a bone at the moment.
