picture quality help

picture quality can be slightly blocky with some slight ghosting

is this due to the image i`m using, the leads or something else?

Use scart if your currently using rgb.
It may also be the aspect ratio which may cause the blockyness.
Try another image if you really want and if the above doesnt work.
