Services and Bouquet files

Anyone know if this is normal?
Using commando 10c image, I edited my original files to get rid of the crap and adult progs using Nuetrino channel editor.

I then deleted the original and ftp'd the edited files back to the Dbox2. I then carried out a service scan becuase the of chirping noises and freezing. (Fast scan set to 'all services' and 'save existing bouquets').

After the scan, i find that all the crap is back again.
i thought that the scan would only scan as per existing services file? Is it because I scanned for all services? if so what do you think i should have set it to?

think its cos u scanned for ALL services mate.
i just go for TV and dont have any adjustment on the services file
