Reply With Quotei had the same problem never in the folder,the files were downloaded just sat somewere else, try doing a pc search if they are there and you know the name of the file you downloaded you will find them.

disapering files every time i download a file it shows it downloading then when i go to the folder its not there.This has only started happening today.i have not installed any new software or program.I am running vista home 32.I am using firefox and IE with no joy but if i use opera i can download?????

Have you tried to change the save folder in firefox:
???
In IE it should be a similar thing to do.Est Modus in Rebus !!!

This seems to be a common problem with vista.
