can money make you a big club?? .i.e Man City?

I though Owen Left Liverpool cause Liverpool was having Financial problems and need to raise money. Most footballers are selfish people and jump ship at the slightest things like your club not playing Champion League football or for Tax purposes like playing in Spain. Remember Top footballers will always play for top football clubs so lets say Wigan was sold to some Russian or Arab with money coming out of the arse do you think Messi would leave Barca cause Wigan will pay him more? I don't think so. If he left he would go to a club like AC Milan cause they are a top club in the world (I could add more but you get the point)

I kinda like get your point, But don't you think top players want to win trophies and if they don't see any trophies coming there way they will leave to a team who they think have a chance of a trophie i.e Torres?? and players stop with teams when they are winning trophies.... Or when they have won everything and want a new challenge.. if you know what i mean!!

well, tevez left you... were you not going to win things???? went to man city, just won the cup, in the c/l next season... but he is not "happy".. so the papers say!! were will he want to go to achieve more??? get my point??

He wanted to stay and play for us and win more torphies with us but SAF didn't want to pay all that money extra for him So he had to leave... He was showen the door as to speak... Which i beleave even though i wanted him to stay was the right Move... SAF was right not giving in to the greedy bars*ards

tevez didnt leave we wouldnt pay his agent the money they wanted tevez was on loan at utd and was never a united player

we got him on loan over 2 year for £10M with a view to make him permanent at the end for £25M and agreed the fee

when it came around we would not pay the £25M for a player who could not get into the first team

and off he went

Mate that is not quite right, and i no that for a fact, He did have talks with City and mate he was a few hours off going, I am not just saying that i would of let him go to, He was in talks with city last summer mate and the deal was nearly done, in the end he at to sign a new deal as if he didn't and he went to city end of

and United gave him a massive pay packed but Wayne does not get any image rights.

i think you will find they finished above liverpool and have qualified for next years CL

you would have to be stupid to say he is better off at liverpool
