Hope someone can help.I have a Dm500s which has been great so far for about a year ,but due to disconnecting the power supply at the wrong place I seem to have damaged the bootloader so I purchased and soldered a Jtag cable and downloaded the software .What happens when I run the software is that it stops running in DOS saying "flash erase done " it does not go onto a precentage count on screen it just stops ,is there something I can do or something I have not done to get the software to finish reflashing the bootloader . I can still erase and reflash a new image using a null cable so the box is alive for that but I cant find an IP address for FTP so I presumed a bootloader fault .When running the software the box is connected with power on to my PC and has been identifyed as an ALPS tuner and is running the ms dos batch file ALPS2 .Thanks for taking a look Folks .Cheers
