Farango | Sellers of R4 Revolution, R4 DSi, R4 SDHC, R4 Software, Eurovox and Dreambox Receivers 5 for £310, 10 for £600 UK based UK based Not in China
has anybody used them and are they reliable

it will be a clone no matter where you get it from.. Dream Multimedia have not made the D500 for nearly 2 years now.. Even though they are UK based they will be shipped from China..

As it takes PayPal payment your box will be covered should it be a clone and your not happy.. at the end of the day its a counterfit box and PayPal rules dictate sellers can not sell counterfit items...

My mate bought one from a similar company, he paid via payapl.. when it came, he reported it as a counterfit item and was refunded his money.. he still has the box, it works fine..

If you want a real 500s you will have to go for the new 500s+ this is what dream brought in after they done away with the 500s you can get them from sms dreamboxshop they are in the uk

Clones are fine just dont use an gemeni image on it,i've got a few over the years and are still going strong without hassle.
Personally i'd go for it but its your choice.

how can you tell a clone from a real one?I purchased one a few weeks ago and just want to find out to see if its a counterfeit.

well I am pretty sure if they stopped making them 2 years ago it must be a clone but I just want to find out how to spot the difference between the two?its a 500-s i bought.any pics would be grand

No problem take a look here Change MAC clone on bootloader this may be of use to you as no doubt you will have a clone box.

Hey, did you end up getting a box from these? If so did you receive it? Iv ordered over a week ago and still nothing.........

Its not unusual to wait over a week for a box from any supplier. email the seller and ask them if they have an expected delivery date

I have emailed the supplier, numerous times, and nothing back! They dont seem to have a phone number either!! Which is why I was wondering has anyone ordered from here and receive before??

after further reasearch ive heard a few bad stories from pepople who have bough from Farango.. boxes not turning up etc.. not being able to contact them and as PyaPal arent covering items bought outside of eBay very well now, no refunds.. sorry

Where have you heard about Farango? Do you know of anyone who bought stuff and havnt received? I guess its just more frustrating not knowing if its coming or not.......
