I just got the box today but not sure where to start.

yes it should if its a genuine box..

what help do you need fernando..??

Setting it up is a bit broad..

I take it you know how to plug in the LNB feed, ethernet cable and TV connections

What image do they use if its a clone as a matter of interest

up to the seller.. sometimes its shipped blank or sometimes they will load an image
