    Default advice re: 3D glasses

    Hi all,

wanted a wee but advice regarding 3D glasses. I have a 50" Samsung C Series 3D TV which uses the infrared technology on glasses. These have been discontinued now.. can get them on ebay but the prices are ridiculous.

I was wondering if the samsung 3D bluray players have 3D emitters?

If so, I could invest in one that use bluetooth technology and hence make it future proof.. otherwise.. the Tele needs to go..

As far as I'm aware you can use any of the current 3D glasses.

The technology is the same, but passive 3D glasses (like those in the cinema) don't have the same viewing quality as powered glasses.
