Anyone tried XP Black?!

well just googled it got few torrents so be carefull the glass edition is there for anyone who wants it, Looks impresive, i wasn't too impressed by the black edition though.

Now running xp 64 on 1 machine and yes Vista 64 ultimate on laptop.

But may try this glass versin on daughters PC.

It looks like Vista, has some bits and bobs from a Mac, but is XP so won't crash and burn - with any luck. Also comes with a BOAT LOAD of apps and keys for them! I'm dead happy with it!

dont suppose any has a copy of this glass version they might be willing to post (im sure a small fee can be arranged), ive only got net at work at the moment and its not like i can download load it here.

I didnt like the black XP version, i just managed to download the redxp version so will give that a try next time.

But what i do like is Vortex XP, it looks very muck like Vista but is XP, and dont need all your memory.

I have used xp black on another pc for a while now but i still think black xp 4-5 are the best so far..

What do all the different versions of Windows do?

I have Vista Ultimate. Is it recommended that I change?

I'm using he Latest Indigo release, it turns off Paging and the entire thing runs from RAM, it's blisteringly fast

These are h@cked versions of XP mate, with extra apps and tweaks to make then better than the vanila release.... Install it on something else first as you might not want trash your Vista, although i would as i can't stand Vista...
