B Sky B, ITV Tyne Tees settings help

Hello,

Can anyone help a begginer? I'am out here in Greece on Astra 28.2 and for some reason have lost ITV Tyne Tees, channel 3930 on BSkyB; I use SGTFlipFlops boquets, done a new scan but still no success!! has the settings changed from 10.891.250H ?

I use this channel to keep up with the local news from the North East which I originate from.

Any help wpould be greatly appreciated
