Default Got an orange contract you dont want YOU MUST READ THIS

Orange have just changed the Ts & Cs of the contract, i have just cancelled mine, offered me a £5 discount on rental because of it, i said no.

Orange increase charges - can you cancel your Orange contract? | BitterWallet

This works and you get to keep the handset !!!!

As of 21/08/09 The following now applies

Just spoken to orange today and they told me the following:
They are not going ahead with the change in terms and conditions. Resulting in anyone wishing to cancel their contract in a fee.
Anyone who has had a disconnection reqquest honoured they will be so, free of charge.

try not to do it by phone.. do it by letter as there is a hard copy of all your correspondence, fax or email first if you can then send it by recorded mail too and always give a time limit for answers, 7 working days is a good standard of time to ask for

Where is the best place to send the letter? I have been trying to contact Orange regarding a deleted email account it has tajen 2 weeks and ive had no reply, even though i have stated they cannot hold the emails they have of mine under the data [rptection act, coupled with the information supplied by cunny I think I may have a good arguement to break free of the shackles of Orange

i would not try any other approach than..

“You may also terminate your Contract if we vary its terms, resulting in… changes that alter your rights under this Contract to your detriment”

they cant talk themselves out of that, no matter what your complaint is, only the above will get you out of your contract fast and easily
