Great North Run

right people the supremely unfit mr red has decided to do the great north run for the Butterwick hospice 19/9/2010

13.1 miles of pure torture for a man who struggles just getting up the stairs deserves some support from fellow Dker's

any donations no matter how small even a £1 would be greatly appreciated,my aim is at least £500 and if 500 people can donate at least a quid we should do ok it shouldnt be too hard the amount of members we now have to raise this amount even in these belt tightening times

so please dig deep and give whatever you can the butterwick is a great charity and provides many people with care in there last days

so please help with whatever you can and if you are donating remember to tick gift aid so that the government adds an extra 28p for every £1 donated
