Help and info on E-Cigarette / e-cigs

l went to magaluf for 4 days and only one of the 12 smoked so l didn't bother using my ecig and havnt had a smoke of anything since then or now lm at home , so not bad to be pissed for 4 days solid and not wanted
a vap, not sure wot happened here , might be because l cut both feet playing football pissed on the beech and the pain took my mind off them ?

Just need to get back into it with a new one I think,lapsed a few times but not fully on it !! Kind of the odd fag but it's because I have no ecig that works properly may order one today!!?

My other half who was using an Ecig, started smoking again, so in an attempt to stop she got a prescription from the docs for the Nicorette QuickMist mouthspray

firstly the cost is extortionate, even on prescription she had to pay for two items even though it was a twin pack - £15, over the counter cost was almost £30, you get 150 sprays in each one,

out of curiosity I had to try it, and wow, it blows your head off, I would rather eat raw chillies, the burning sensation would be less than this spray, it tastes vile, then I got severe hiccups followed by the feeling I was going to throw up, it's disgusting, and I wouldn't try it again,

it's hard for me to say whether it works or not, time will tell, the sooner Tabex goes on open sale in this country (if it ever does) the better, to stop companies like Nicorette ripping people off.

but it goes to show the Ecig is one of the cheapest, pleasant, and most effective ways to stop smoking, and it's time the government looked at allowing these to be prescribed by GP's along with all the other NRT's available.

I've tried it as well for a week, and it does work, if I got a craving for a cig, I just used one squirt (you can use 2 if needed), within 30 seconds the craving went away, but...
the taste is a very strong freshmint flavour, like turbo-powered mouthwash, it leave's a burning sensation in your mouth for a minute, and can give you severe hiccups, which last a couple of minutes,
I found just one squirt under the tongue, and don't swallow right away helps, overall it does what it's supposed to do, but it's very expensive, as I said, the mrs got it on prescription,
it was a twin pack and they charged her for two items £15, and that twin pack lasted about 2-3 weeks, she has got some more and it's kept her off the cigs since using it,

The new chrome lavatube v2.1 is better than the early ones, it has a ego connector and a 3,2 amp limit so it will drive the low resistance attys, it also displays the ohms of whatever you connect to it, they're about £40 without batteries and charger but they can be had for £6 on eBay

after trying everythin in the market l now went back to these Boge 510 Standard Resistance (5) £5.99 - Vaping Spares - Cartomisers Electronic Cigarettes | Vaping Devices | Accessories | E-Liquid and cant fault them for taste , easy to have a spare in your pocket u smoke less because they dont hold a large amount and havnt had one fail yet and never have a burning taste

yeh smirnoff they perfect for ego`s/riva etc but variable volt require high resis however the new lava etc ecigs cut out and dont allow over volts ordered now maybe 3 week to wait but i will enjoy the odd anolog tuttut happy vaping guys .
i know i am beginning to sound horse again (
