HI PEOPLE GET A SHIPMENT FROM CHINA OF 20PCS USEING DHL RIGHT THE STATUS OF THE ITEM IS ( Please contact DHL ) SO I HAVE FONED THEM AFEW TIMES AND ALL THAY SAY IS ON HOLD BY CUSTOMS AND ITS BEEN 15 DAYS NOW ANY1 ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM ? ALSO HOW LONG CAN CUSTOMS HOLD THEM FOR

ouch me ears , usually you pay the vat m8 12% or so just ring them and ask , turn your caps off please

ya but just foned dhl again but same story its on hold and ill have to wait till customs relese to them 15 days is abit long to look in a small box

tip dont use DHL they seem to love charges it sounds like you have encountered a problem best case you have to pay full charges to release worst case they have confiscated your counterfeit goods

(im just guessing about the counterfeit but if its from china then its probably true)

if buying from china use EMS bit slower but usually no problems

right an update got a letter 2day from heathrow border agency stating my items of dm500s are counterfeit and been detained destruction of the goods ... right wat thay have done is sent 1 of my boxes to ( dream property gmbh ) so the maker of dreamboxes to check if thay are counterfeit or thay were made by them ,but we all no made in china thay are clones /counterfeit so watch it guys as ( dream property gmbh ) are working aside border agency .... now im stuck as im out of pocket

WOW - how do you know it's counterfit you haven't got it, what makes them so sure counterfit - not like you have been stoped by the fuzz on the way home from a car boot sale is it?

did the website say anything about 'clone'

Sake of argument it was a live animal sold as 'welsch sheep' how can they be sure wasn't a 'seconds' or a reject?

because thay sent 1 of my units to dream multimedia germeny and i got to check and got 2 folders with letter 1 is called annex 1 and annex 2 that has all photes of my box that got sent to germeny .. must say tho glossy photo paper

and no the website were i got them from didnt say nothing about clone/copy in anyway

depending on how you paid credit card/paypal or whatever tell them they sent you fraudulent goods and you want your money back

show them your proof you will be refunded if used credit card if used paypal you will be refunded but only if seller has cash in his kitty

That's handy, you now have an exploded diagramme of a clone box that can be used to help other members of DK

Bad Luck, maybe thats why many spread out the risc in different pakages, companys, delivery form instead of 1 BIG BOX they need a truck to unload.

DHL are quick, 1 time free, second customs holding 1hour and put tax. next time no one knows.
