im not a great believer in herbal medicine, but last week i had a really hot cup of coffee it was boiling but i was a bit pished so didnt bother. anyway the next day i had a mouth full of ulcers and thought ah fekit will wait a few days blah blah well they got worse to the point it was getting difficult to neck my beer, told her i need to go to the chemist for bonngela or summat, she said she had a herbal remedy and made me a cup of the pish tasting stuff just used it as a mouthwash and guess what next day my mouth ulcers were gone. and this miracle product common sage. i never knew what it was because it was in russian so googled it and their you go girlfriend said she used it a lot when her children were young they always had mouth ulcers and sore throats, so why spent money. on web says just put about 12grams in cup fill with hot water let it fester a bit then gargle wi it job done ok bit long winded but give it a try it works

for colds/flu i make up a potion of 2x lockets and 2x 500mg paracetamol dissolved into a pint of squash made up with boiling water. drink while hot and just before bed and be sure to allow yourself time for a good 7 or 8 hours kip.

now wish to ban links to claims made on herbal remedies and cures
they are natural cures and remedies
alternative medicine has been under attack for years now
you can still buy these products
but it will be illegal to make claims of the medical benefits of anything not condoned and apparently tested by the pharma company's

the euro laws are being challenged now
so your actually breaking the law by saying that these products (mentioned by name ) are of any health benefits

therefore alternative and herbal medicines which have beneficial effects for your health and have a definitive health benefit
will be unable to be advertised as such without this testing

has to be said natural remedies which have been around for millennia might as well be banned as far as the big pharma's are concerned
if its natural its not in their agenda because you cannot patent natural products ..there fore no financial benefits for these guys

shame though some vital stuff i think some remedies have a great and known effect

yet it wont be allowed to claim these benefits in public or in advertising etc

to add the eastern block country's people have a great affinity with herbal and natural medicines due to necessity as medical and pharmaceutical stuff was cost inhibitive and rural communities had very few doctors per capita so natural medicine flourished

here we rely on pharmacy and doctors prescribe based on drug
conditioned practices taught at medical school
so its not too late to take a look and stop Brussels from taking the right away to treat ailments the way you would like and should be allowed to
your choices reduced because they cannot sell natural medication due to patent requirements

its seems these kinda things have been forgotten about in ireland and england because we all have to much money and just buy medicine now
my missus is the same and so is her mother they have loads of remedies for flues etc and ya rarely need medication

I remember seeing a film from america about hemp oil which was extracted by an old geezer who was jailed for it. Anyway he helped loads of people in his local community who were suffering from everything from cancer to dementia. I think theres loads of natural remedies out there but the drug companies will dismiss their curing abilities so they continue to make more money.

I have been on medication for high blood pressure for 2 years and it really hasnt been successful. Last Thursday my blood pressure was 159 over 95 which is quite high. For the last week I have been on a herbal remedy called Mukta vati, today my blood pressure is 116 over 62, I am now going to reduce the medication until I no longer need it and just monitor my blood pressure. I feel I have more energy, I sleep better and generally feel so much better within myself. If anyone on here suffers from high blood pressure I can highly recomend this remedy, you can find it on *bay....hope this helps!
