has anyone else heard about this and got it workin on their mobile, i've downloaded a rar file and extracted it but no idea howmits meant to go to my mobile, any ideas?

You put it in the others folder via your pc.. Once you have disconnected it and you turn your phone on, go to the others folder and execute or install it. You can do this to games too...
