easy unlock your Huawei dongle

I am trying to unlock a E160G in Australia that was originally ...

    I am trying to unlock a E160G in Australia that was originally used on teh service "3"
    I think I need to
    1. Down load the app, & get an unlock key
    2. unlock the modem with the key when the old conection manager starts up
    3. download the generic firmware and connection manager
    And it should all work ..... Is that correct ?

    could anyone unlock this? it supposed unlock by them since 6 months ago (finish contract) but difficult to call them
