WEIRD explanation but plz if u know help me !

hi,all.
the problem is when i go on internet on my psp i like going on arabic sites coz i have 2 langue english and arabic
the problem is when i go on an arabic websites the browser dos not read the arabic writing all i can see is lines instead of the writing so is there any solution for my problem is there a software or a program or anything i can do to my psp so it can read arabic writing
i know it's a weird explanation but if u know plz help me!!

try downloading the fw for the console, but make sure its for your region
