if you have updated your dsi lately m8 via nintendo's updates none of the flash cards will work past update 1.3.

Hi

If you have updated your dsi to 1.4 fw, there is some flashcards that work: m3i zero, m3 ds real, acekard 2i,... that support 1.4 ds fw.

That cards are fw upgradable. The R4 isn't.

New dsi consoles have a new firmware on that makes the flashcarts r4etc etc not work if you have bought one in the last month say these will have the new firmware+don't update your firmware on your ds

I've got an R4i card which has been blocked after my daughter inadvertently updated the firmware to 1.04e.

I contacted the website I bought it from, because I heard there might not be a fix. They insisted however that there would be a fix in about 2 weeks time..... we'll see!

For Info, looks like N added only a check for the name and the icon of the FlashCard.

I have an EZVi, and the EZ firm update changed the title of the EZ for 'TAK The Great Juju Challenge THQ' and the logo.

same proplem updated to 1.4 r4i did not work now im on ver 10b on a new ver r4 1.4 card works ok again go to r4i.co.uk and the updates are on there as well

still not right will he have to get a new card.

If you have an original olde R4 that accept micro sd only..up to 2gb..then yeh, you'll have to upgrade to a new cart.
M3 i Zero is great, EZ Flash Vi and Acekard 2i also superb.
