Channels Lost Teesside Eurovox 1100

so i was watching an intriguing movie, and all of a sudden it went off, just black. so i was like, huh? every one was same. it then came up with the no signal. so i then did a fast scan, and it found channels again, but alot of them were just black, no picture or nothing, while some worked?

how can i solve this. thanks.

ok m 8 good news is it s not nag 3 yet ...bad news looks like s they changed the keys ....on the starview 4 usb on firmware 1.07 all channels went off ...so installed lastest firmware for sv4 which is 1.12 and every thing s bcak on now ....suppose u will have to see wat the new keys / firmware is for the euro box ,,,soz cant help u there but i m sure someone who kno s about euroboxes will /... all the best

saw on another forum u need to do a power scan? factory reset ?

Just done a rescan on my box and found some channels have doubled so try them out i found the ones that were already there was not working just a blank screen but the extra ones were on m8

hi im in teesside aswell and mine have done the same i done a factory reset last week because channels had gone off and tonight they have all gone off just put new code in and got nowt in the middle off factory reset again but i lose my channel order when i do this and takes about a hour to put them all right again anyone no how to keep them in order and ill let you no what happens with this reset its sayin channel unkown and no signal hope it works cause i aint got house ariel and ive lost even normal tv

hi mine has gone off too, i have 2 boxes a ex500 pvr and a red eurovox max, ive done a deep scan on the pvr and its worrking fine, but on the Red max i cant get a thing ??? any ideas

As said above you need to factory reset first. Also note you will lose your channel order if you have them set to your preference.

satsmo can you tell me if i have a cdf file from last week can i use it now after i have done a factory rescan and deep scan and will it put everything in order or do i have to put the channels in order again?

the file from last week is of no use at all
when you rescan again they will all need sorting again, unfortunately its the only way unless you use someone elses who has already done it

Got mine back on by doing deep scan works great. Has any one made a channel boutique yet?

teesside still off for me.. tried doing power scan with

100MHz - 887Mhz
6952, 6887, 6875, 6111 Mbaud
640QAM (Modulator)
Step 8Mhz (also tried 1Mhz)

.. never found anything.

did a factory reset and retried, still nothing

tried doing deep scan on 6111, 6875, 6887 and 6952 - no channels found

I don't even know what "TP List" is, but theres nothing listed in there and pressing "Search" does nothing

can anyone help? (sorry, if this has been covered, but I can usually get channels back, this time I seem to be struggling)
