Downloading and uploading channel list on ex1100

Does anyone know how to download a channel list on the ex1100. i have heard it can be down via usb but not sure how. if anyone does know do you also know how i then upload it back onto the box.

I have been playing around with this for a good while. After i laid out all my Favs and channels i saved it then tryed to save to usb stick tryed to up load on to another box and lost the lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dont know if the firmware we are using just now is capable of saving and dumping of saved data. Hope it does soon it would help when rescanning or even to replace the favs when re doing other boxes.
