my boxs has been working perfect since the day i got it but today for no reason it wont start up have rebooted ect but nothing do u think it may need flashing or whatever any help would be gratefull cheers

do you have a power problem, what do you mean it wont start up. tell us exactly what is happening and what is displayed on the box

hi 2 every one new 2 the site i have a problem with my eurovok yesterday put it on and it keeps sayin no signal so took it 2 my freinds worked perfect there, brought it home still sayin no signal , got nothin not one channel can any one help plz

are you after getting disconnected from your network are you using a splitter if so don't try a booster maplin or argos have them

you need to ensure that youre cable provider has not stopped youre signal. best way to do this is to get another box official or unofficial and hook it onto your feed. if they work ok then do a factory reset on youre eurovox and instal the latest firmware from this site then do a power scan
