Eurovox Max V No channels!!1

Ive just installed a Eurovox Max V and carried out a powerscan as instructed, which seemed successful as it had found 100's of channels, so i then tried to flick through the channels and got none,... either a 'no signal' message or just a blank screen... if i left it long enough it would flash up saying updating code.... ive tried all the channels... please help

Ya rite in thinking,that ya should av a code updating message,,,try a reflash,or make sure the emm turned on...menu...prefrences....english lang..1968 will take ya into the hidden menu..enable the emm..then exit out
