EX5100 channels freezing/locked box

Hello - On my EX5100 I have noticed on certain channels that they freeze and occasionally lock the box, which then requires a power down from the supply. Has anyone else experienced this?

Check the signal strength on the problem channels by pressing info twice and compare it to the working channels, you may need a signal booster or attenuator.
