help with downloading firmware for pvr500

i'm trying to download the new version 1.1a but its asking me when downloading what application do you want to open it with. Does any body know what to open it with. When I did before it didn't ask me this. Thanks

Not sure what you mean,

Once you have downloaded the Firmware you will need to open it with winRar.

You can get that Here

Once you have dwnloaded it save it on your desktop then double click it, Winrar will open then double click the firmware showing in winrar then it will load,

Connect your box to your PC leave your box on standby then press the top download button on the loader.
