Lost movies, music channels and others

Hi All

I have got a eurovox ex5000pvr and lost movies and music channels this afternoon, changed my Vermin card in case that was problem, rescanned but still not got them back. I am in the Hertfordshire area.

Any help greatly appreciated.

try this press menu goto installation then user installation, password usually 0000, selct update channels should be ok

A m8 is having same problem in Amersham & Chesham

Tried that and it makes no difference. Got everything else apart from movies and music. Oh well, it was good whilst it lasted!

Just a bit weird that all channels havent gone at the same time.

Is there a way of programming movie channels on a different frequency?

watford and some other areas are now test running N3 on some of its channels movies music asian thats why some ppl are not getting them
