Default need help EX1000SL


hi
try to put firmware in my ex10000sl box got firmware downloaded
and when I press on download inbox I keep getting NO COM PORT FOUND
but they are working ok. I have been into device manager and seem to ok

have you tried pressing download then plugging in euro to mains

hi you can download the bigmaq toolbar then select eurovox ex1000 under files and fixes tab from, the darx file is the one you want hope this helps

please can someone send me the link for the guide to detail how to connect the eurovox ex1000sl to my pc via rs232 cable, im kinda stuck on what to do can someone help me out would appreciate the help, thanks!

you need to connect your pc to your box via the rs32 null modem cable download the firmware for your box(its here in the d/load section)

open it then d/load to your box this is called flashing

then you just need to scan for channels set your area symbolrate first either 6.887 or 6.952 scan leave on sky sports 1 to update code then your away

hi was wondering if som1 could help me i have n pay minimum subs for virgin and have just purchased a Eurovox EX5000 PVR im a newbie dont no how to set it up to recive all the virgin channels on the Eurovox EX5000 pvr.

could som1 tell me what firmwares i need to istall and wat configurations i need to make to the actuall box

read the red sections at top of forum download firmware for your box,connect box to computer using null modem cable then flash box, then just scan for channels leave on sports 1 to update should take no longer than 10-15 minutes

i am having problems with my Eurovox Ex1000sl dont know how to load a firmwire on to it i have been looking over the internet for a whiule now can anyone help!

Am in the same position as some of you good people with regards to this box. I get "the receiver was not detected" - any advice much appreciated.
