reading keymaster

need help to get the keys for my eurovox please, when i download them from keymaster i cant read it, it looks like arabic or something alien, can i get it translated to something i can read

Try rebooting your PC. Do you have microsoft .NET 2.0 Framework installed?

thanks, i am downloading now, when it fixes do i open it with notepad ?
