technomae tm 500 super linux enigma flashing?

hi there, i am a newbie in technomate tm500, i just bought new tm 500 and i have been told that you can see aljazeera sports and others through internet so i bought this and want to flash a new image but do i need a cable for it or just the internet is enough and if it need cable then can i use 9 pin to usb because my laptop only have usb slot, so please help me in any way you can and thanks in advance

please please step by step and if possible how to get the free aljazeera sport

i have seen that but still i want to know what i need?

You just need to connect the TM600 to your Broadband router with ethernet.

You'll get all the FTA channels, to get pay channels you'll need to look at card sharing which can't be discussed on these forums, so googles your friend.

i'm having a simmiliar problem, i just scanned the channel and i am not able to see my to watch my sport channels, im completly lost what am i sappose to do next?

I have seen a TECHNOMATE TM-500HD HD SATELLITE RECEIVER on ebay, will this guide work with that?
is it the HD Version of this receiver?, is there a better option available?

The TM500HD is just a trimmed of the fat version of the failed TM800HD, Spend your money on something else.

Any tools plus enigma image for Technomate TM-500. Trying to help a friend facing several issues (freezes etc.) with his box. Plus may be the box has some issues with the Tuner but do not know how to investigate on that with that kind of box. thx.
