Problems.. My pc is now working with its light up power supply (brought to run with new graphics card). But the problem is i have now lost access to the source of these softcams for a security breach(2 different access points ie.phone and p.c.:-( so i will now be unable to upload them unless i can gain access again. The last patch for this receiver was made on the 25th of february. Dont think your receiver is supported anymore. The only way is manually enter the keys and turn auto update on but first make sure you have the latest patch installed. This way do the trick.
