I have just purchased the above does anyone know how to watch another channel whilst recording onto the USB stick it says on the box that you can record 3 channels & watch one on the same transponder but I can't even watch one and tape one

I have just purchased the above does anyone know how to watch another channel whilst recording onto the USB stick it says on the box that you can record 3 channels & watch one on the same transponder but I can't even watch one and tape one

You can only do this when the other channel is on the same frequency Like BBC One HD and BBC HD same frequency.
If you press ok when watching the recording channel the other channels you can watch or record come up darker in your channellist.you can not record and watch any channel with a single tuner stb.

Yes found that one out yet another let down by TM
