Default The Box PVR issues - newbie

Hi guys
Just tried the firmware update which installed fine, BUT I still cannot view premium channels. Any ideas? I have checked the system status and the new firmware is showing. I have deleted all old channels, done a factory reset, scanned channels and still no premiums? Any ideas? I have heard that there are codes which can be entered, but I'd rather avoid this if possible.

Default Which update is best for SV/TB PVR

I successfully applied this "TheBoxPVR_v3105_08Dec2008.bin" and after help from forum (many thanks) got all channels again - all fine and dandy. So then I noticed the newer BIOS appear "The Box PVR (Dual Tuner) AU Fix 211208" and applied that via null modem and USB cables and to my surprise when the box rebooted it had reverted to an older BIOS "BoxPVR_E_v4506_15Oct.bin". After checking everything twice I have reverted back to "TheBoxPVR_v3105_08Dec2008.bin" and all is fine again. What am I missing? Anybody got any ideas? I only post this as it may help someone else. Thanks again for assistance. Tony

Tony,
Having the same problem with the xmas eve update,
the epg works much better, but have lost BBC 3/4 and a few others, but it would seem all ppv channels are working.
Like yourself a few ideas would come in handy.
