The box Radio sound

Hi I have a Starview 'The box' the TV channels are fne but the radio sound has stopped working, you can get the stations but no sound. Also on a seperate box the remote control has stopped working, not the remote control it is ok.

try a factory default reset and rescan

Hi, great, thanks that sorted the radio proble. Any ideas fr the remote not working on the other unit?

you could try reflashing the firmware but it also could be the sensor on the box
