first connection issue

Hi, i have had a look in threads and will continue to keep looking but thought id pop up a post for any helpful info. I got my SV7 today . all hooked up correctly, and date is august 2012. but it says not connected and scramble. ip settings are all 0.0.0.0 apart from the user one which has an address on it. software was all set up when received new but cant find how to get the ip setup correctly. any help in the right direction would be appreciated. thanks

was told not to do factory reset but i did and now its all working. woohoo.
