flash failed?

i'm trying to flash a m8's starview 1 with the latest release by sunrise.

i assume its a clone as it has 13X7 vent holes at the top of the stb.

i am trying to flash the box using gtrom 4.00

but during flashing process the box 'flash fail' and flashing ends around 60%.

i have tried different com but still the same.

any ideas?

CHANGING WHICH USB PORT YOU ARE PUTTING IT IN

tried flashing it another pc and the flash was a success but now the 4 '-' lights keep flashing on the front panel and the box wont start-up

any ideas?
