GTRom Loader for starview 4 USB?

Hello

Is there a GTRom loader for the above box? i downloaded the software but all there is are the 2 files. I dont have a memory stick, is this the only way i can transer the files onto the box?

AS far as i know you can only do it via the usb. I'm not 100% though. Sorry.
