Have you done a rescan....or did they just disappear....Try a rescan if you have not done so already .....sometimes they just come back if you wait long enough...sorry cant help anymore than that

write down channel freq of channels you lost then delete channels then do a automatic scan on the freqs you wrote down, the channels will be in your all channels at the back. do this everytime i lose a channel.
