lost channels lost some movie channels on same frequency, tried a factory reset no joy, tried manuel scan on the frequency no joy, cant delete the channels and scan because i aint got them in the first place, anybody got any suggestions please.

Try turning off at power, wait for a while, turn box off at switch before pluging back in and then do an auto rescan
